What is Team Analytics?
Your Team Analytics dashboard brings together high-level KPIs and in-depth utilization metrics so you can see exactly how your agency is performing based on workload and team members assigned per workspace:

Overview Cards
- Active Team Members onboarded and active on Trovebase.
- Total Workspaces translates to the number of agency’s clients onboarded onto Trovebase.
- Average Team Size communicates the average number of team members across all workspaces.
- Utilization Rate

Team Utilization Details: Provides an overview of each team member’s work week and capacity.

Utilization Rate Explained

What it is - Utilization is the percentage of each teammate’s available capacity that’s been assigned to billable work. A 50% utilization means half their workweek is booked with tasks.

Where it comes from:
- Estimated Task Hours (entered in ProjectBase when creating tasks).
- Workweek Capacity (set per-user in Agency Settings under “Users → Hours per week”).
