Team Analytics

What is Team Analytics?

Your Team Analytics dashboard brings together high-level KPIs and in-depth utilization metrics so you can see exactly how your agency is performing based on workload and team members assigned per workspace:

  1. Overview Cards

    • Active Team Members onboarded and active on Trovebase.
    • Total Workspaces translates to the number of agency’s clients onboarded onto Trovebase.
    • Average Team Size communicates the average number of team members across all workspaces.
    • Utilization Rate
  2. Team Utilization Details: Provides an overview of each team member’s work week and capacity.

Utilization Rate Explained

  • What it is - Utilization is the percentage of each teammate’s available capacity that’s been assigned to billable work. A 50% utilization means half their workweek is booked with tasks.

  • Where it comes from:

    • Estimated Task Hours (entered in ProjectBase when creating tasks).
    • Workweek Capacity (set per-user in Agency Settings under “Users → Hours per week”).
