Media Library

Overview

Your Media Library is a shared asset hub for both SocialBase and AdBase—so you can upload once, then reuse images, videos, documents, and AI-generated creatives across all your campaigns.

Upload New Media

• Click Upload and drop files (images, videos, PDFs, PPTs) into the library
• Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, MP4, MOV, PDF, PPT
• Max size per file: 8 MB images, 100 MB videos, 10 MB documents

Browse & Search

• Use the search bar to find assets by name, tag, or type
• Toggle between Grid and List views for easier scanning

AI creatives

• Click “Generate AI Creative” to create new visuals on the fly
• Save them directly into your library for later use when creating a post or ad campaign

Storage & Best Practices

• You have 2 GB of total space—monitor usage via the storage meter at the top
• File naming: use clear, descriptive names (e.g. wheymix_launch.jpg)
• Recommended sizes: 1080 × 1080 px for images; 720p MP4 for videos; A4 or 16:9 for documents
