How do I get notified when someone mentions me in Team Chat?
You will receive email notifications and alerts.
Why don’t I see a task someone assigned to me?
Make sure you’re viewing the correct workspace (top-left team selector). In List View, click My Tasks to filter only tasks assigned to you.
How can I restore a project or task?
Deleted items cannot be restored—please use caution. If you need recovery, contact support immediately.
The drag handle isn’t letting me move tasks—what’s wrong?
Ensure you’re dragging the ⋮⋮ handle at the far left of the task row or card header.
Why do List and Board views show different tasks?
Both views show the same underlying data—any discrepancy usually means a filter is active.
How do I switch between workspaces or teams?
Click the “Switch workspace” button in the top bar.
My edits in the Task Details Panel aren’t saving—what should I check?
Ensure all required fields (Title, Project) are filled. Look for any red error messages at the top of the panel. Confirm you clicked the Save (âś“) button before closing.
