How do I connect my social accounts?
Go to Connect Accounts in the sidebar under SocialBase, click Add Account, and authorize each platform.

How do I create and schedule a post?
In Posts, click Create Post, choose your channels and type, compose (or AI-generate) content, then Schedule or Request Approval.
How do approvals work?
Internal and external approvers review in Approvals — click Approve or Request Changes, add comments or edits, and resubmit.
Who can approve posts, and how are they notified?
Internal approvers get email alerts; external approvers via email or WhatsApp. Only after all internals sign off does it go to externals.
Where can I find and manage my post drafts?
Click Drafts in the sidebar to view, edit, and resubmit any saved drafts.
How do I manage my Media Library?
Under Media Library, browse, search, and reuse uploaded images and videos. Organize with folders or tags as needed.
How can I delete or reschedule a post?
In Approvals or Calendar, open the scheduled post, then click Delete or change its date/time and Save.
How do I reconnect a social account if authorization expires?
Go to Connect Accounts, find the expired connection, click Reconnect, and reauthorize the app.
How do I filter and export my analytics data?
In Analytics, use the date picker and filters, then click Export CSV or Export PDF.
