Agency Settings

Note: Agency Settings view is only visible to Admins. From here Admins manage everything at the agency level.

Profile View

In the Profile View admins can view and edit basic agency details such as:

  • Agency Name
  • Country
  • Time Zone (affects all date/time displays)

Users View

In the Users View admins can view, add and edit internal users and details:

  • Platform Role (Administrator or Collaborator).
  • Weekly Capacity (hour per week).
  • Use + Add User to invite new teammates; set their role & weekly hours.
  • Change team member roles at any time.

Notifications View

Note: All alerts are delivered via email by default.

In the Notifications View admins can toggle reminders across:

Click Save Changes to apply; you’ll see a confirmation toast.

Billing View

A complete overview of your subscription, usage, and add-on options:

Plan Summary

  • Shows your current plan (Starter, Agency, Custom)

  • Displays total vs. used for the following as a progress bar:

    • Workspaces
    • Internal Users
    • Client Approvers
    • AI Image Credits

Click Save Changes to apply; you’ll see a confirmation toast.

Add-Ons

  • Adjust quantities via plus/minus controls and see real-time pricing.
  • Click Pay to checkout in your currency.

Whenever you hit a usage limit: for example, inviting more users than your plan allows—you’ll see a prompt to upgrade or purchase the necessary add-on right from the workspace or users screen, redirecting you here to Billing.

Payment Method

  • Click Update to change payment method.

Invoices & History

  • List of your most recent three invoices with dates & amounts
  • Click Download to get a PDF
