Approvals
The Approvals page is where posts go for review—first by your internal team, then by external approvers—so every piece of content meets your standards before it is published.
Approval Categories
- Pending- Posts waiting for review
- Needs Changes- Posts sent back for edits
- Approved- Posts cleared for publishing (stay here until after their scheduled date)

Requesting Approval
While creating a post, editors are asked if they would like to add internal/external approvers as shown here.
- Any post sent for approval and not yet approved by all approvers listed will show up under “Pending”
- Posts are only sent to external approvers after all internal approvers have approved of it
How to get Internal Approval?
- All internal approvers get an email alert
- In Pending Approval, click a post to open the review panel
- You can view who is yet to approve it or add comment
- Click “Approve” to move it onward, or “Request Changes” to notify the editor

How to get External Approval?
- Only after all internal approvers have approved
- External approvers get a link via email (login required) or WhatsApp (reply “yes” to approve; tap image preview to comment)
- They can only add comments, not edit
- Their approval moves the post to the Approved tab and will be posted at its scheduled time

How to handle edits?
- If any approver marks “Needs Changes”, the post will appear in that tab
- Open the post, review approver comments (with any file attachments)
- Click “Move to Drafts” to return it to Drafts to edit later or click on “Edit” to make changes
- After edits, resubmit via “Request Approval”—it returns to Pending
