Task Management

Add, update, and organize your work in one place—using either List or Board view—through a single Task Details Panel.

Add a New Task

  • List View:
    • Hover a project row and click the + icon.
  • Board View:
    • Click + Add Task at the bottom of any status column.
  • The Task Details Panel opens automatically.

Edit Task Details

  • Click any task title to open the Task Details Panel.
  • Update fields:
    • Title
    • Status (To Do / In Progress / Completed)
    • Priority (High / Medium / Low)
    • Due Date (calendar picker)
    • Estimated Hours
    • Description (rich text)
    • Files (click Upload to attach)
    • Assignees (select teammates)
    • Comments (threaded messages)
  • Click Save (âś“) to apply or Cancel (Ă—) to discard.

Quick Status Updates & Completion

  • List View:

    • Click the checkbox on any task row to mark it complete.
  • Board View:

    • Drag a card into the Completed column.
  • Task Panel:

    • Change Status to Completed and hit Save.

Delete a Task

  • List View:
    • Hover a task row, click the 🗑️ icon, and confirm.
  • Task Panel:
    • Click Delete (🗑️) at the bottom and confirm.
