Create a Google Ads Campaign

Launch a Search or Display campaigns in just a few clicks—no more confusion or chaos. Follow these nine steps:

Enter Campaign Basics

  • Name your campaign and enter the Target URL
  • For Search Ads: Choose Search Network and Search Partners

Set Targeting Options

We allow targeting on a general campaign level or on an ad group level, allowing you to A/B test targeting metrics to see what performs best

We allow targeting on a general campaign level or on an ad group level, allowing you to A/B test targeting metrics to see what performs best

  • Add Keywords: Type a keyword and hit Add.

  • Match Types:

    • Broad Match: Ads may show for searches that include your term in any order, plus related variations—great for maximum reach.
    • Phrase Match: Ads show only when the exact phrase appears in sequence, plus close variants—balanced reach.
    • Exact Match: Ads appear only when the exact term is searched (no extra words)—highest precision.
  • Negative Keywords: Prevent your ads from showing on unwanted searches (e.g. “free,” “jobs”). Type a term under Negative Keywords and click Add.

  • Saved Keywords: Click the Saved Keywords tab to use keyword sets saved from suggestions/keyword planner.

Budget & Bidding

  • Budget Type:

    • Daily Budget: Your average spend per day.
    • Total Budget: A fixed amount for the campaign’s lifetime.
  • Bid Strategy: Choose how Google optimizes your spend

    • Maximize Clicks: Get as many clicks as possible within budget.
    • Maximize Conversions: Get as many paying prospects.
    • Maximize Conversion Value: Get AOVs that align with return on ad spend.
    • Target CPA: Aim for a set cost-per-acquisition.
    • Target ROAS: Optimize for a specific return on ad spend.
  • Schedule: Pick your campaign’s start and (optional) end dates/times.

Pick Your Automation

  • Predefined Rules Only: Automations must be created first on the Automations page—then you can enable them here.
  • Minimize Waste, Maximize Wins: Toggle rules like “Pause Low-CTR Ads” or “ROAS-based Budget Scaling” to cut under-performers and boost what’s working for your clients.
